Just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with you and your team's quick action on the recent problems with the boiler in my flat. Everybody knows what a nightmare it is to be without heating and hot water in the middle of winter. Therefore, to have everything fixed within a few hours was close to a miracle. Happy New Year and hope you had a good break away. We wanted to belatedly write and say such a big thank you for everything you and your team did on our change of room and ensuite upstairs, as well as dryer installation. You personally commited so much of your time and advice before we even signed up with you and from then on Sebastian maintained the very high standards we expected of Atlantic. He is not only the most conscientious person we have had experience of but patient and unique, in his willingness to offer his opinion and advice. He never shrugged a shoulder when we asked for things to be changed and kept spirits high, to the point that the neighbours commented on how pleasant he was. I think it is safe to say that he worked over and beyond the call of duty in places, carrying in the dryer which the suppliers just left at the doorstep - not helpful of them for a pregnant lady, very helpful of Seb! His determination and "nothing is impossible" motto is possibly totally unique in the industry and I am sure others might have given up or made excuses where he saw the job through. It is clear that Atlantic work very consistently as a team from Camilla through to you. Your attention to detail is refreshing and it goes without saying that we will turn to you if we need anything else done. Please pass on our greatest of thanks to Seb for all his hard work and hope that you all have a good 2011.

My husband and I were very impressed with Company Director Frank Harrington and his team - who completed several projects at once: new boiler, waterproof and retile shower - and related repairs. Frank was happy to consider and brainstorm a clever solution to where to install the new boiler (outside in a wooden housing built by Sebastian [Atlantic tiler and decorator] - and followed up all stages of work with phone calls. The workmen were all careful in their work, polite, and cleaned up every day. Would happily use Atlantic again.
We found this firm to be very helpful and reliable, keeping us in touch with the boiler repairmen's times of arrival, ordering of parts etc. The office staff were courteous and efficient, and both repairmen that came on different occasions were courteous and cleaned up when they had finished - plus of course they did the job.
